Information on FLAGSTOP Campgrounds:

FLAGSTOP campgrounds is located just off HWY 77 in Milford Kansas. We have coordinated with them to block off some

camp sites with basic hook-ups for our event. We are providing 7 paid for (FREE camping sites that are first come/ first serve for Kansas CVMA® members. These camp sites will go fast. KS 21-1 Free / provided Camp sites will be available for individually reserving on 23 January 2023 and will end when all 7 Camp sites are reserved by KS CVMA® members. When you call to reserve a camp site for the 2023 CVMA® KS State Rally, please let "ABE" know what KS Chapter you are with. All available camp sites are first come on Reservations. KS 21-1 will not hold any sites for state full members.

SCHEDULE of EVENTS

21 JULY 23

1900 to TBD: KS CVMA® MEET & GREET.

Location of the Meet & Greet will be on the concrete deck immediately behind the COVE Restaurant/Convention Center at

ACORN Resorts - Milford, KS. There are several picnic tables and plenty of room to socialize. The Cove Restaurant will be open for its

normal hours for drinks & food.

22 JULY 23

1000 hours: KS CVMA® MORNING LINK UP POINT: PARADE & STATE RIDE PREP /BROTHEROOD.

Start staging parking lot of City Cycle Sales Junction City, KS around 1000 hrs. Ride Brief will be at 1030 hrs. KSU will be at

1045 hours. Please ensure your bike is full at the beginning of the ride, thank you. We will have truck and trailer on stand-by incase of breakdown. Ride will be Approximately 1 + hours.

1045 - 1145 hours: KS CVMA® JOINT CHAPTER / PARADE RIDE.

Ride will start from City Cycle Sales Parking lot. There will be a short stop at Heritage Park in Junction City. We will do a brief

wreath laying ceremony at the Heritage Park Kansas Vietnam Veterans Memorial. After the ceremony, we will mount back up and complete the rest of the ride route. There will be no fuel stops (NOT NEEDED) to finish the route. The ride will end back at City Cycle Sales lower parking lot.

1200 - 1245 hours: KS CVMA® JOINT MEAL. (Basement of City Cycle Sales) Served by KS 21-1.

The meal will be held in the basement of City Cycle Sales by the local chapter. The meal will be Hamburgers, Hot Dogs with

side dishes, Chips, and desserts. The KS State meeting will commence immediately after the meal in the same location.

1245 - Until complete: KS STATE MEETING (Basement of City Cycle Sales)

1400 - 1800 hours: BREAK / SOCIAL & RELAX TIME / FREE TIME / TIME FOR HOST CHAPTER CLEAN UP.

1800 - TBD hours: FLAGSTOP CAMPGROUNDS, KS STATE VMA® BROTHERHOOD & FELLOWSHIP.

An evening of Brotherhood / Adult Beverages / Games & Fun at the Flag stop Campgrounds. KS 21-1 will be providing one

free KEG of Adult Beverage. There will be some events like: Cornhole Tournament, CVMA® campsites Pub Crawl, CVMA® campsites

Scavenger Hunt & Etc.
